Kamiru Mohammed

Kamiru Mohammed is a dynamic professional whose work spans academia, business, and community leadership. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Demography at Peking University, deepening his expertise in population dynamics and the social and economic forces that shape human societies.

His publication, “The Effects of External Debt on Economic Growth: Evidence from 10 African Countries,” was recognized as the most downloaded article of 2025 by its journal. During his master's studies at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, he was honored with the Academic Star Award.

He currently serves as Financial Officer for the Ghanaian Community Association, Beijing Branch, supporting Ghanaians living in China. An entrepreneur, businessman, and philanthropist, Kamiru channels his talents toward building valuable ventures and giving back to his community, both in Ghana and on the global stage.
